Special rates may be offered for stays of longer than two weeks.

Costs include all bed linen, towels and fuel (including wood and coal for the open fire).

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required to reserve a booking. The remainder should be paid six weeks before arrival.

Changeover day is normally Friday but we can be flexible.

Normally we ask guests to arrive after 4.00 pm and to depart before 11.00 am but this also flexible - by arrangement.
